Key Skills

- 3 - 5 years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with RESTful API design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficient in version control systems (Git/GitHub)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js (Express)
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture using containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, and encryption (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
- Optimize performance with caching strategies, load balancing, and asynchronous processing
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for reliability and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
