Process Advisor

In HR you ll collaborate with the organisation to implement effective HR strategies and programmes Your role will involve recruiting training and developing talent as well as managing employee you should have experience with Experience in the HR payroll lifecycle business process Any region preferably UK Hands-on knowledge in cloud-based applications e g Workday Oracle SAP Working knowledge in case management tools such as ServiceNow Salesforce etc Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies Deliver exceptional client and stakeholder satisfaction through CSAT Adherence to the Service Level Agreements SLA Additional Skills Work together to implement continuous improvements in the process Provide regular updates insights and report to stakeholders on service delivery performance Basic Essential Qualifications Bachelor s degreeYou may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as risk and controls change and transformation business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology as well as job-specific technical skills This role will be based out of Chennai and shift timing will be 11 30AM to 10 30PM IST based on the requirement Purpose of the roleTo deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues candidates alumni and third-party vendors Accountabilities Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations including performance management rewards benefits and learning operations documentation coordination and administration On- and offboarding of new employees including orientation documentation coordination exit interviews knowledge transfer performance rewards learning operations and related administration Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations reporting and analytics Provision of guidance and support on candidate colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies procedures processes or guidance Analyst Expectations To meet the needs of stakeholders customers through operational excellence and customer service Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard No people leadership roles at this grade Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures collaborating with and impacting on the work of team members Identify escalation of policy breaches as required Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules regulation and codes of conduct Gain and maintain an understanding of own role how the team integrates to achieve overall objectives alongside knowledge of the work of other teams within the function Work within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines Demonstrate an understanding of the procedures Evaluate and select the appropriate alternatives from defined options Make judgements based on the analysis of factual information Build relationships with stakeholders and customers to identify and address their needs in support of a smooth operating process handling sensitive issues
