Designation: Corporate Counsel Requirement in the Office of Integrity and Compliance, Legal Department: Legal professional having minimum eight years’ relevant experience in a legal & compliance role at a multi-national corporation. Job Responsibilities: Experience in the following areas: 1. Developing and implementing compliance program including drafting of policies and processes, defining and implementation of system controls and monitoring the program for continual improvements. 2. Conceptualization, development, and implementation of third-party risk management program 3. Development and implementation of third-party due diligence 4. Conduct or oversee compliance training and education, including formal training sessions to informal one-on-one instructions, internal compliance related mailers; 5. Perform intra-departmental interviews with key stakeholders involved in high risk processes to verify compliance with established processes and applicable legislations; 6. Propose and monitor risk mitigation plans identified during process review; 7. Implement and manage subsidiary compliance program; 8. Advisory to internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates; 9. Supporting the (build) of Tone and culture of the organization in line with requirement of CIP; 10. Policy draftingand administration of Code of Conduct and Ethics. Required skills: 1. Expert knowledge of FCPA, UKBA and other Anti-Corruption laws 2. Implementation of third part risk management program 3. Extensive report development experience and policy and procedure development experience in a multinational corporation; 4. Experience in public speaking and business presentation; 5. Knowledge of ITindustry regulatory standards including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, Immigration laws; 6. Independent project management; 7. Excellent analytical, communication skills; 8. Acceptability to innovative approach; 9. Handling change& management.
