ADP Tester Type: Contract Overview: ADP Tester supporting Workday-to-ADP (GlobalView / Workforce Now) payroll transformation. Responsibilities: - Test payroll processing, data mapping, and integrations - Validate inbound/outbound files between Workday and ADP - Execute test scenarios, analyze results, and log defects - Support parallel payroll testing - Partner with Workday teams and ADP SMEs Required Skills: - 5–7 years ADP testing experience - Experience with ADP GlobalView, Celergo, or Workforce Now - Strong payroll rules, calculations, and gross-to-net knowledge - Understanding of Workday payroll interface a plus
