Job Title Asst Sales Manager - Rooftop Solar Dealer Distributor Network Location Jaipur Rajasthan Company Greenworld Solarwares Private Limited Greenworld Solarwares Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Asst Manager-Sales to drive our rooftop solar sales solar pump sales through a strong dealer and distributor network The ideal candidate will develop relationships expand market reach and ensure consistent sales growth in the solar energy sector Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the dealer distributor network in Rajasthan Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners Provide product training and sales support to dealers to enhance market penetration Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the rooftop solar segment Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for promotional activities and product awareness Ensure excellent post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements 3-5 years of experience in agricultural sales solar sales solar pump sales and dealer distributor management Strong understanding of the agricultural sales rooftop solar solar pump sales market and distribution channels Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly Willingness to travel within Rajasthan to meet dealers and clients Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
