Job Title Junior Accountant - Inventory Production Location Ambarnath Maharashtra Salary 15 000 per month Job Type Full-time On-site Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to handle daily accounting and inventory-related activities at our warehouse and production unit in Ambarnath The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP and a good understanding of inventory tracking purchase documentation and statutory compliance including e-Invoicing and e-Way Bills This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting especially in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Key Responsibilities Record and validate daily production entries in Tally ERP Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels regularly Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase invoices Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any purchase discrepancies Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations Assist in inventory audits stock reconciliations and reporting variances Work with internal teams for material requirements and stock movement Maintain proper filing of purchase stock and accounting documents Support management in cost tracking budgeting and report generation Requirements Experience 0-2 years of accounting experience manufacturing warehouse preferred Technical Skills Proficient in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime knowledge of GST e-Invoicing e-Way Bill processes Other Skills Strong understanding of inventory systems basic MS Excel knowledge and good email communication Qualities Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently Education B Com M Com Accounting Finance or related field Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 10 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
