About - We are seeking a Executive Assistant to Director for our company Humans of Animal Land from pet wellness industry Responsibilities - Calendar and Schedule Management Efficiently manage the executive s calendar schedule and confirm appointments and meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts Communication Management Prioritize incoming emails phone calls and correspondence Draft and prepare emails letters and documents for the executive Meeting Support Organize and coordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes and track follow-up actions Ensure all meeting materials and presentations are ready in advance Project Assistance Assist with managing special projects and initiatives Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive Document Management Maintain and organize files documents and records in physical and digital formats Ensure easy accessibility and security Office Administration Manage office supplies and equipment Handle administrative tasks like expense reporting invoicing and budgeting Event Planning Coordinate corporate events meetings and conferences ensuring efficient logistical management Time Management Optimize the executive s time by managing priorities and deadlines Experience - Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients colleagues and vendors Proficient in using office software and tools including MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
