Your Role As a Senior Tech Lead – Wi-Fi Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced Wi-Fi software features for gateway and extender products. You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless connectivity and superior performance across platforms. ---------------------------------------- In this role, you will: - Design, develop, and test Wi-Fi software features for gateway and extender products. - Work on the development of new Wi-Fi features on the PrplOS platform. - Provide technical assistance to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot customer Wi-Fi issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Wi-Fi certification processes. ---------------------------------------- Your Profile - Technical Expertise: - Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi protocol versions (4, 5, 6, and 7). - Experience with Wi-Fi Management Systems such as EasyMesh, AirTies, OpenSync. - Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and PrplOS platform. - Deep understanding of TCP/IP internals and common network protocols (DHCP, DNS, HTTP). - Hands-on experience in C/C++ programming and shell scripting. - Familiarity with source version control tools like Git and GitHub. - Additional Skills: - Exposure to Wi-Fi certification processes. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About Us At Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
