Job Description Support & Integrations Engineer Location:Bengaluru/Gurugram Type:Full-time Compensation:1620 LPA(depending on experience) We're hiring aSupport & Integrations Engineeron behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how e-commerce merchants manage their inventory and data. You will be one of the earliest technical hires driving onboarding success, API and data integrations, internal tooling, and cross-functional collaboration. If you enjoy debugging, building, and owning customer-facing technical workflows end-to-end, this role is for you. What you'll do - Leadtechnical onboardingfor new merchants, resolving integration and data issues - DebugAPI integrations, webhooks, authentication flows, and data pipelines(Shopify and others) - Build & maintaininternal tools(Python) that supercharge the customer success team - Work closely withEngineering & Productto diagnose and resolve complex issues - Perform root-cause analyses, implement preventive measures, and improve onboarding flows - Communicate clearly with global stakeholders and guide merchants through technical challenges - Own integration health, data accuracy, and overall onboarding experience end-to-end Qualifications Must-haves: - 4+ yearsin technical support engineering, solutions engineering, backend engineering, or integrations - StrongPythonfor scripting, debugging, and small tool development (FastAPI is a plus) - StrongSQLskills; experience debugging data inconsistencies across systems - Experience troubleshootingREST APIs, auth flows, JSON payloads, and webhook issues - Excellent communication skills comfortable working with international stakeholders - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with ownership and customer empathy Preferred Qualifications - Experience withShopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce APIs - Experience working in aSaaS tech companyor digital product team - Familiarity withPostgreSQL, MongoDB, or analytical databases - Experience building small internal tools to automate workflows - Exposure to ticketing systems and debugging tools like Zendesk, Sentry, Datadog Tech Stack Backend:Python, FastAPI Data:PostgreSQL, MongoDB, QuestDB, ClickHouse Infra:GCP, Docker Internal Tools:Next.js Tooling:GitHub, Sentry, Datadog, HubSpot, Zendesk Why this role matters You'll be thetechnical backboneenabling merchants to get value from day one.
