Experience: 4+years Key Responsibilities: - Implementation: implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM or CSM or SPM), procurement management and custom applications. - Integration: Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. - Best Practices: Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, version control, and testing procedures. - Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. - Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques. - Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and evaluate their potential impact on our environment.
