for Playwright Automation EngineerPosition Playwright Automation Engineer Location Kolkata Hyderabad Bangalore Experience 4-6 years Salary 68K per monthKey Responsibilities Design develop and execute automated testing scripts using Playwright Work closely with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the CI CD pipeline Identify record document and track bugs through to resolution Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the product architecture and features Enhance and extend the automation library and framework Analyze test results troubleshoot and report issues to the development team Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline testing processes Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Provide estimations for automation efforts in sprint planning Ensure that automated tests are executed as part of the deployment process and provide test reports Conduct code reviews of automated tests to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field 4-6 years of experience in automated testing with a strong focus on Playwright Proficient in creating automation test scripts for web applications Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment CI CD environments Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills Experience with other automation tools e g Selenium Cypress is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary
