About the Role:

We are looking for a Google Paid Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, ensuring maximum ROI from past and ongoing campaigns and can have ability to create new from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization

- Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, etc
- Share insights on bids, ad placements, and targeting strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and extensions to enhance performance.

Data Analysis & Insights Extraction

- Analyze past campaign data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to maximize budget efficiency and conversion rates.
- Use Google Analytics, GA4, and other tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness.

Keyword & Audience Optimization

- Research and implement high-performing keywords, match types, and negative keywords.
- Optimize audience segmentation using custom audiences, remarketing, and demographic targeting.
- Leverage first-party data and intent-based targeting to improve conversions.

Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Plus if able to create Landing Pages on own using AI or something similar.
- Work with the content and design team to ensure ad copies align with landing pages.
- Improve landing page performance through A/B testing and heatmap analysis.
- Suggest UI/UX improvements to boost conversion rates.

Budget & Bidding Strategy Management

- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.
- Implement smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS, Max Conversions, etc.).
- Monitor spending and adjust bids to prevent overspending and improve ROI.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO techniques.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.
