Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:-- Job Title: Associate Manager- Technology (Trade Surveillance) Experience: 8+ years Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend services for Trade Surveillance systems ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements. - Build scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for monitoring and detecting suspicious trading activities. - Apply object-oriented design principles and functional programming concepts in solution design. - Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for large-scale financial data processing. Mandatory Skills - 8+ years of experience in Java backend development. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. - Hands-on experience in Trade Surveillance systems (e.g., alert generation, trade monitoring, compliance workflows). - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills.
