Job Description Department: Creative Design Looking for Mumbai Candidates Only Designation: Visualiser Experience: 2+ years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and design creatives for digital campaigns, including social media posts, ads, banners, website elements, and emailers. - Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop engaging brand visuals that align with campaign goals. - Design brand identities, logos, and presentation materials for client projects. - Create motion graphics or short-form videos (preferred, not mandatory). - Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. - Stay updated with current design, social media, and advertising trends. - Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. - 13 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar creative environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign). - Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. - Basic understanding of social media formats and digital ad specifications (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). - Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. - A strong online portfolio showcasing digital design work.
