Job Title Lab Testing and Audit Executive - FMCG Location Kundli Haryana Experience Required Minimum 2 years in Lab Testing QA QC in FMCG Food Beverages Personal Care etc Salary 25 000 per month Negotiable based on skillset and experience Key Responsibilities Perform routine lab testing of raw materials packaging materials in-process and finished goods Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis as per standard operating procedures SOPs Maintain records of test results and prepare lab reports for internal audit purposes Support internal and external audits FSSAI ISO HACCP etc with proper documentation Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations applicable to FMCG manufacturing Calibrate lab equipment regularly and maintain inventory of testing reagents and tools Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement and corrective actions Prepare and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets MSDS and Certificates of Analysis COA Skills Required Strong knowledge of food safety standards FSSAI ISO 22000 GMP HACCP Hands-on experience with lab equipment like HPLC pH meter moisture analyzer etc Good understanding of audit protocols and quality control systems Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills Basic computer skills MS Excel Word ERP entry preferred Education Qualification B Sc M Sc in Chemistry Food Technology Microbiology or equivalent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
