𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 : 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 - Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and quality plans. - Lead Management Representative (MR) activities for AS9100D implementation and audits (internal, external, and customer audits). - Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms aligned with organizational goals. - Ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards such as AS9102, AS9145, AWS, ASTM, MIL-STD, IPC standards and related aerospace standards. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Lead inspections for launch vehicle/spacecraft parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. - Develop and execute detailed inspection programs ensuring adherence to design verification and validation as per APQP, Control Plan and PPAP. - Manage, monitor and measure all QC activities as per APQP from stage 1 to stage 4 throughout the product life cycle activities. - Maintain metrology systems, calibration, Gauge R & R for all M & M instruments as per AS9100D compliant processes. - Conduct FMEA for design and manufacturing processes. Implement MSA program across projects by applicable Statistical Process Controls. 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - Member of Vendor Approval Committee, conducting vendor selection and quality audits. - Manage supplier QA from material qualification, parts / assembly FAI and PPAP. - Continuous monitoring of vendor key quality performance indicators with MSA. - Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for project follow-ups, timelines, and compliance. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 - Provide technical guidance to production, design, and engineering teams. - Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals and inspection technicians. - Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and lean practices (5S, Kaizen, 6 Sigma, TQM etc.,). 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - B.E in Aerospace / Mechanical / E & E or B.Sc. in Electronics / CS (added advantage) - Any IT / Software certificate will be an added advantage. - Certified Internal Auditor (AS9100D). - Strong knowledge of aerospace standards: AS9100D, AS9145, AS9102, ECSS space standards. - Proficient in dimensional inspection using metrology instruments (Microhite, profile projector, surface testers, UT gauges). - Proficient in PCB / PWA assembly inspection using IPC standards and inspection using DMM, Oscilloscopes etc., - Strong understanding of aerospace fabrication life cycle processes. 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 - Leadership & team management - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Interpersonal skills with conflict-resolution capability - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - 6 - 8+ years of experience in aerospace/space launch vehicle manufacturing, nuclear fabrication, or defense projects - Hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, NDT, and product release in aerospace and or in space craft industry. - Experience working with organisation like ISRO, DRDO, HAL, Defense or tier-1 aerospace OEMs.
