At Mace our purpose is to redefine the boundaries of ambition We believe in creating places that are responsible bringing transformative impact to our people communities and societies across the globe To learn more about or purpose culture and priorities visit our Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project The project Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey they are Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - for our people to excel Responsible for the package engineering of the MEP services delivery health and safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing whilst liaising with the client main contractor and consultants Provides support in the management of multiple Sub-Contractors Sub-Sub-Contractors and Suppliers on small size projects and or assisting Project Engineers on larger projects Youll be responsible for Assisting in the overseeing of consultants designers main contractors and mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting sub-contractors Supporting the mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting team in undertaking the technical reviews and compliance checks of the contractors submittals Performing standardised procedures for monitoring the progression of planning design and construction phases Interfacing with project designers and contractors to coordinate the design intent with construction delivery Preparing reports for project director and client indicating procedure adherence and project progress Ensuring periodic inspection of construction activities and compiling non-compliance reports as appropriate and recommending the appropriate follow-up action Ensuring that the main contractor is in compliance with project plans and specifications Striving to ensure the project time and cost objectives are met Implementing and following quality assurance and HSE program procedures Preparing daily weekly and monthly reports Supporting the development and implementation of claims avoidance and mitigation strategies Overseeing mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting procurement cost and commercial support to the consultants commercial team Acting as a focal point for client and external teams Being accountable for the mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting delivery of the projects from design to commissioning and handover Managing commercials of the project Supervising design management and procurement Youll need to have Bachelor s degree in Electronics Electrical Mechanical Knowledge of all E M systems i e HV MV LV ELV ICT HVAC OHE S T Systems Experience of projects of similar nature Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates Even if you feel you do not fulfil all of the criteria please apply as you may still be the best candidate for this role or another role within our organization LI-OnsiteQualifications Mace Group
