Job Description Role & responsibilities - Monitor and track CEE (Customer Experience Executive) activities and performance data - Maintain and update hourly sales reports from multiple sources - Verify and record customer orders, delivery status, and fulfillment accuracy - Track cash collections from last mile deliveries and ensure reconciliation with sales data - Compile and send timely operational reports to the team and management - Coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies in orders or cash collections - Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks and data accuracy Preferred candidate profile - Graduate in any discipline - Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) - Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy - Familiarity with logistics / e-commerce operations is a plus Benefits - Opportunity to work with a dynamic retail and logistics team - Performance-based growth opportunities - Learning exposure to real-time last mile operations Shift Timings:Rotational / Day Shifts (as per operations) Joining:Immediate or within 15 days preferred
