Inviting applications for the role of Associate - Order Management We are looking for individuals who has the knowledge on the Order Management Domain or have experience in Supply Chain Management to join our team, who would be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management. Responsibilities - Responsible for Order fulfillment post due diligence. - Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes. - Ready to take extra initiatives within team - Strong hold of minute changes in process - Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies - Respond to customer query through email, calls. - Provide excellent customer service to our customers. - Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. - Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment - Candidate should be comfortable with 24.7 shift timings (Including weekend working) Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred - Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills - Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent - Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift) - Must be comfortable for take split offs - Strong attention to minute detail - Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes Why join Genpact .
