Driven by the passion to improve quality of people s lives WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people more effectively Finance Consultant Manager- IT Program Projects will support the IT implementation of Infor LN projects around the world for all topics related to Finance This role is critical for designing and supporting the implementation of finance processes and policies into Infor LN based on inputs from Global Finance Process Governance Owners and IT Finance Analysts This role will be based in Bangalore and reporting to Senior Manager IT P P What you will do Provide guidance on Infor LN Global template definition for Finance matters Collaborate with project teams on the implementation of Finance topics in Infor LN Provide IT solutions and system knowledge based on requirements provided by Analysts Provide best practice functional and technical advise or resolution in specific Finance matters Support training of Finance users for implementation of new Finance processes in Infor LN Research and prototype new LN Finance functionalities that could bring additional value to Global Finance Provide onsite Support to Key Users during all projects stages and also in the adoption of new processes Support to be given to Key Users during crucial phases of projects - applying the train-the-trainer concept with local teams Remote Support to Key Users - Contact point during FBP local and global transformational projects with respect to application of Finance processes and as escalation point of issues being experienced Support Finance Infor LN Developments Liaising with various stakeholders including country Key Users IT applications team Infor Developers and FBP Project Team members to evaluate document test and report on developments What you bring Bachelor or Masters in Finance Accounting or any relevant qualification Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Infor LN 10 7 Finance module ideally in an international environment working on global projects Ability to work independently in gathering requirements from users designing and implementing Infor LN Finance global setup and standard processes Strong functional experience in areas such as Accounts payable Accounts receivable Fixed Asset Cash Management General Ledger Reporting and working knowledge on available localizations and good knowledge in SCM SSD domain Experience in IT systems development life cycle and have demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple stakeholder environment is a plus Proven experience working in an implementation or consulting role as part of a project team Completed at least 4 full life-cycle projects Great communication skills Who we are At WS Audiology we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services Together with our 12 000 colleagues in 130 countries we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world With us you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another welcome diversity and celebrate our successes Sounds wonderful We can t wait to hear from you WS Audiology is an equal-opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all Regardless of race color religion national origin age sex gender gender identity gender expression sexual orientation marital status medical condition ancestry disability military or veteran status we firmly believe that our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self
