• Excellent programming and debugging skills on Linux.

• Very good understanding of Data structures, C.

• Development experience in Python.

• Very good understanding of SW Architecture and Design.

• Expert in various Networking protocols across Layer 2, Layer 3, Firewall Protocols

- L2 (Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, VLAN)

- L3 (Routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF etc.)

- Security (Firewall, VPN, ACL, NAT, IPsec, IPS/IDS, DPI for DNP3/MODBUS, DOS, PKI, SSL)

• System Aspects - ISSU, High Availability, QOS, Performance.

• Excellent proficiency with development tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence etc.

• Should have working experience on open Network stacks such as RDKB, Yocto, open source project in general.

• Should have working experience on Networking Products – Router, Switches, Gateways.

• Working knowledge in Shell Scripting and Linux Kernel - Continuous Integration & Deployment.

• Able to do POC in security related domains.

• Management Interfaces such as SNMP, Yang, Netconf, Rest Based Interfaces etc.

• Hands on experience on Industrial Protocols Modbus, OPC, IEC 104 DNP3, GOOSE.

• Understanding of embedded systems. Should have worked on embedded device development.

• Understanding and Working experience on RTOS would be an added advantage.
