We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GDA Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in the GDA course ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles The trainer will leverage their experience in nursing and teaching to deliver high-quality training sessions Qualifications Educational Background GNM General Nursing and Midwifery with minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector and 1 year of training experience OR B Sc Nursing with minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector and 1 year of training experience Certification TOT Training of Trainers certification is mandatory Candidates with TOT certification will be given priority Experience Proven experience in training and teaching students particularly in healthcare-related courses Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to engage and inspire students Proficiency in using training tools and technologies Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Nursing 3 years Preferred total work 3 years Preferred Language Hindi Preferred License Certification Nursing License Preferred Work Location In person
