Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services We are hiring for Fivetran HVR Developer Required Skillset: Fivetran, HVR, SQL, Python, Data Modeling Experience : 3-6 Years Location : BLR, Gandhinagar, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad Job Description: - Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with the Fivetran HVR platform for data replication and integration - Solid understanding of database concepts (RDBMS/DBMS) and experience with various databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) - Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and data marts - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for data integration, automation, and building data pipelines/ - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes Good To Have: - Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with different teams, understand business requirements, and document solutions Familiarity with major cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure, including services relevant to data integration - Strong problem solving skills for identifying and resolving replication issues in a timely manner Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : 1. Development: Design, develop and maintain real-time data replication solutions using Fivetran's high-volume replication (HVR) software 2. Data Source Connectivity: Establish and manage connections to diverse data sources, including databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks 3. Replication Channel Design: Design, develop, and deploy replication channels, defining source and target locations, table selections, and data transformation logic for real-time and incremental loads 4. Performance Optimization: Fine-tune HVR configurations, adjusting batch sizes, parallelization, and network settings to maximize replication performance and address capacity bottlenecks 5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor HVR jobs, analyze replication performance and logs, and resolve any issues that arise to ensure continuous, reliable data flow Thanks & Regards, Ria Aarthi A
