Sales is the foundation of GIST and receives unrivaled support from all business departments. We are hiring for the Sales Executive position for our Enterprise Field Sales Organization located in Hyderabad and Chennai. We are looking for motivated professionals with proven sales experience in selling solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our service portfolio and must have strong expertise in new business sales, account management, and lead conversion. Location: Chennai/Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Responsibilities: - Drive new business development and manage growth from existing accounts. - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. - Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers with strong closing ability. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to promote GIST’s products and services. - Ensure effective account management for client retention and portfolio growth. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity reports, and forecasts. - Adopt a consultative sales approach, delivering solutions aligned with the client's business needs. - Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery. - Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet and engage with clients. - Take ownership of professional growth and maintain updated industry and competitive knowledge Skills and Requirements: - Proficiency required in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets. - Strong ability to close leads effectively and drive revenue growth. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages. - Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle and be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in territory planning and account management. - Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships. - Strong organizational skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
