Job Description About The Role We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to lead and manage the financial reporting function effectively. Key Responsibilities - Financial Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. - Audit Management: Coordinate and review financial information for audits, liaising with external auditors and addressing queries. - Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metrics. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on accounting standards and reporting requirements, implementing new guidelines promptly. - Team Leadership: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. - Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting. - Process Improvement: Develop and maintain efficient financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred; or MBA in Finance. - Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing roles. - In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/Ind AS) and regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Proven leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
