Job Title: Software Engineer VC++

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4 9 Years

Notice Period: 30 to 60 Days

Mandatory Qualifications:

- B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech / MS (Computer Science, Electronics, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C++
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
- Solid experience in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Prior experience working in a product-based company is mandatory

Core Skills Required:

- Visual C++ (VC++) Proven development experience
- Win32 API, MFC, STL
- Multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization in Windows environment
- SQL, XML, and TCP/IP Sockets
- Experience interfacing with:
- COM ports
- USB devices
- PCI cards
- Ethernet networks
- Strong foundation in OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
- Familiarity with software design patterns

Desired / Good to Have:

- Experience with Modbus and SECS/GEM communication protocols
- Understanding of Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers
- Background in industrial automation
- Exposure to liquid chemical analytical hardware
- Experience with Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Visual C++
- Add and enhance features in the existing codebase to control KLA Analyzer and Doser hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration
- Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and debug complex software issues
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
