Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance of all HVAC systems as per schedule Diagnose and repair faults in air-conditioning units split units VRF VRV systems chillers AHUs FCUs and refrigeration equipment Attend guest room complaints related to AC and maintain quick turnaround time Monitor and record operating parameters of chillers pumps and cooling towers Carry out regular inspection of equipment to identify potential issues before breakdown Maintain proper documentation of daily readings work orders and service reports Ensure energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems to reduce power consumption Perform routine cleaning of filters coils ducts blowers and cooling systems Repair and service cold rooms deep freezers ice machines and refrigerators in F B outlets Assist in major overhauling works and coordinate with external vendors when required Follow safety procedures use PPE and maintain tools in good condition Support the Engineering team in general maintenance work when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Application Question s How many years of experience do you have Do you have any experience in Hotel Industry Location Kollam Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
