Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare regular financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors for a smooth audit process
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational and investment needs

Financial Strategy:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Banking & Treasury Management:

- Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and other financial service providers
- Oversee daily banking operations, including cash management, wire transfers, and reconciliations

Vendor & Stakeholder Relations:

- Negotiate financial agreements and contracts with vendors and external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

- Certified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
- Knowledge of direct and indirect tax
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
