Sr Program Manager CMT Amazon BangaloreImpactAs a member of the CMT team you ll play a key role in the evolution of our Competitive Monitoring systems to solve the world s most complex technical challenges in Crawling Large-scale computing Distributed systems Web applications Data mining Scalability Security and Algorithms to name a few Do you want to be part of the team that ensures Amazon keeps its best price promise across millions of products worldwide Does the challenge of driving decisions in a dynamic environment excite you Do you love solving complex business problems using technology Are you seeking an environment where you can drive innovation Are you a passionate self-starter If the answer to the above questions is a resounding YES read on A successful candidate will have an established background in driving a complex program portfolio with considerable impact program management problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels The candidate should have a history of driving deep insights from complex data provided business judgement including financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization at all levels will be absolutely critical to success in this role Come be part of this growing dynamic and challenging space Key job responsibilities Experience of managing complex business processes at scale Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon Good on communication and influencing skills with an ability to deal with a fast-paced environment Experience in defining developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems Ability to lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains Liaise with tech product ops and category teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects Ability to work effectively independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5 years of program or project management experience - 5 years of delivering cross functional projects experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master s degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field Amazon
