At UnifyApps we are on a mission to streamline digital experiences and enhance productivity through innovative applications We are currently seeking a Product Analyst who is passionate about using data to inform product strategy and improve user experience As a key member of our product team you will play an essential role in understanding market trends user needs and business goals to help us make informed decisions about our product offerings This position requires a blend of analytical thinking problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of user behavior You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and increase overall user satisfaction Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering design and marketing you will help define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with our company vision We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can tell compelling stories with data and is excited to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and adaptability are key Join us at UnifyApps and help shape the future of our product offerings while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic workplace Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to provide insights for improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications Develop and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators KPIs Support product launches by providing data analysis and insights to guide marketing strategies Participate in user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user experiences Create and present reports and presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Data Analysis Computer Science or a related field 2 years of experience in product analysis data analytics or a similar role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools e g SQL Excel Tableau and methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively Familiarity with product management processes and workflows Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
