The POP Practice Area is one of BCG&aposs functional practices. We develop and provide expertise on People and Organization matters and together with the industry PAs of BCG, support client to design, equip and sustain a high performing organization with capable, engaged and adaptive people.

What You&aposll Do

BCG Experts are integrated into a BCG team and leverage deep expertise on projects that reshape businesses. They are given end-to-end responsibility for large and complex modules within a BCG project, may lead small but high-impact

teams to drive results for our clients, and contribute to BCGs intellectual capital. They work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations, while also collaborating with

colleagues on complex client issues

- Youll be instrumental in advancing our culture, change management topic from the lens of AI/GenAI deployment & transformation. As a change management expert, you will lead project modules, develop specialized knowledge, and build capabilities to drive transformative client work. You&aposll collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges, create strategies, gain buy-in, and work with BCG teams to turn potential

into performance.

- You will serve as a key partner on AI, GenAI, Digital transformation, supporting leadership in setting and executing the strategic agenda for POP in large transformation programs.
- You will lead efforts in pipeline cultivation, proposal development, and business growth. Codify learnings and best practices, and help shape new offerings
- Build key relationships within and outside the firm to gain client trust and support transformative initiatives.
- Develop and maintain connections with industry practitioners, CHROs, technology officers, COOs, and Chief Transformation Officers.
- Drive thought leadership across BCG practice areas, focusing on culture, change management, and people transformation, with an emphasis on AI/GenAI initiatives.
- Collaborate with BCG leadership to manage the portfolio of vendor services and onboard necessary capabilities as required.
- Based in India, you will support Asia pacific region, will travel depending on the project requirements.

What You&aposll Bring

We are looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join

us.

- +15 years of Change Management, culture & people transformation, with 5+ years if experience in digital transformation and advanced analytics. A proven track record of leading change initiatives within a digital transformation environment is highly desirable, especially for global organizations across multiple programs.
- Thorough understanding of AI/GenAI/Analytics and digital transformation use cases and deployment in large scale projects.
- Understanding of various industries and experience in leading diagnostics and client pitches on technology transformation and change management is a plus.
- International experience is a plus. Ability to lead as well as perform individual contributor roles, with experience in working with multifaceted teams.
- Professional Skills & Other Attributes:
- Education: MBA or Masters degree from a top tier institute with a strong academic record
- Client service orientation, including commercial capabilities
- Proven track record of interacting with senior stakeholders
- Analytical and structured with excellent problem-solving skills (hypothesis driven approach, advanced

quantitative analysis skills etc.)

- Ability to synthesize the impact of policy and drive to the so what for business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English.

What We Need

BCG is seeking an Associate Director - Culture, Change Management & People transformation oriented towards AI/GenAI to join our People and Organization (POP) team. You will play a crucial role to advance our culture, change management and people transformation capabilities with focus on GenAI topic through case execution, client development, and the creation of intellectual property and products.

YOULL BE BASED IN

We will consider candidates for any of our India offices.

YOULL BE TRAVELING

Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.
