Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a pan-India team of tele-callers, walk-in counselors.
- Drive lead follow-up rigor and pitch effectiveness
- Train and audit regional teams on sales scripts, conversion tracking, and objection handling
- Optimize parent journeys from enquiry to admission through data and feedback
- Design and execute AOP (Annual Operating Plan) with monthly reviews
- Deliver admissions targets for assigned schools/geographies
- Hands-on with CRM systems, lead management processes, and funnel KPIs
