Job Description Assistant Manager - Order Execution KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - Order Execution to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is pivotal for managing the end-to-end order booking and dispatch process in SAP, ensuring timely material availability, and maintaining strong coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets. Major Responsibilities: - Responsible for booking techno-commercial orders of pumps into the SAP System. - Circulate order acceptance via SAP to respective customers after verifying PO receipt and actual booking in the system. - Follow up for material shortages with the Planning, Production, & Purchase departments. - Prepare monthly MIS reports including order intake summary and on-time delivery of pumps. - Make daily allocation of pumps as per customer requirements after packing feedback and circulate dispatch instructions to the excise and dispatch departments. - Monitor and communicate daily country urgencies & ensure timely feedback to them. - Ensure monthly direct sales targets achievement against the potential. - Arrange bi-weekly meetings with Zones to discuss OOH (Order-on-Hand) statement, sales targets, quality complaints, techno-commercial issues, etc., for better and close coordination. - Contribute to providing technical/commercial support to countries and the technical support team. - Coordinate with QM (Quality Management), Test Field, Client for TPI (Third-Party Inspection) activities from the plant & ensure IRN (Inspection Release Note) and dispatch of the same. Skills: - Functional Skills: - Knowledge of KSB products. - Proficiency in SAP - SD/PP Module and MS Office (especially Excel). - Proficiency in Pumps selection as per customer specifications and understanding customer service aspects. - Ability to review monthly sales targets and assess achievable targets. - Knowledge of commercial aspects for dispatch procedures and documentation procedures. - Knowledge of Third-party Inspection activities. - Behavioral Skills: - Excellent Communication Skill. - Target orientation and Problem Solving abilities. - Strong Planning and Coordination skills. - Effective Co-ordination with Team. Qualifications: - Formal education: B.E Mechanical; Diploma in Mechanical Engg. - Professional experience: Engineering Industry is preferred.
