Job Description Requirements: - Ensure training needs identification through MDPs, PA, WB Skill Assessment and T&C SC Procedure and prepare calendar - To roll out learning calendar by imparting safety, technical, behavioral training to employees - Identify and develop Faculty from internal /external sources - Ensure training execution as per the WB skill matrix and measure its effectiveness - 100% compliance of HR Assurance Framework - Creating awareness among employees on ABG competency framework (70:20:10) and ensure employee development - Design Inhouse training modules - Implementing all guidelines of issued from T&C SC unit and Board level - To ensure 100% compliance by training data updating in the ELM poor NATA module. - Ensure timely preparation of MIS and other management required reports Talent Management Process - Support DH HR in planning and execution of Talent Management Process - Coordinate Young Talent Council at unit level (Know your talent & grow your talent) - Support identified talent pool employees for DAC process - Facilitate the preparation of MDPs of talent pool members and monitoring of the implementation of MDPs. Organizing MDP Check- Ins and monitoring on progress - Ensure and facilitate development conversation of talent pool employees and managers - Regular updating of Talent pool data Organization Effectiveness and Development - Coordinate and organize OD intervention at unit level as per the GHR, BHR and unit management such as Marg darshan, mandatory e-learning courses, CEP, professional membership, Reprsim, Job Rotation, Pari vartan, Pragati etc. - Plan & conduct HR @ your desk, Usage of Ping Me, USHA - Plan and drive employee wellness programs - Ensure implementation of various OE initiatives such as employee satisfaction, Vibes, Team Vibes, Voice, WB Satisfaction and analyze the result for action planning - Drive suggestion scheme to generate new ideas - Creating awareness on EVP pillars i.e. L&D, Career & Growth, R&R and enrich your life SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives - Implementation of board/unit level T&C guidelines and ensure timely monitoring of KPIS - Identify and provide resources for internal Safety trainer development and organize trainer felicitation - Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards/protocols and compliance of all applicable recommendations related to section - Timely conducting self and team scheduled SO, CFSA round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in section in system or Off the site. - To ensure walkthrough round and also ensure adherence to COVID precautions and guidelines issued by management time to time Key Systems & Process Improvement / Institutionalization: - To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIP performance, Kaizen, OPL, suggestions, improvement projects etc. for internal customer satisfaction. - Review HR process to identify gaps if any and recommend for continuous improvement - Lead & implement People Management KFA and good practices in GRT People Engagement - Plan, coordinate and ensure execution of various employee engagement activities as per guideline of GHR/BHR and unit level initiatives. - Plan & execute various employee and families engagement initiatives at plant & township
