Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated developer with strong logical skills and a solid foundation in programming fundamentals. The primary focus will be Flutter development (cross-platform mobile applications), with native Android (Kotlin/Java) experience as a secondary skill.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.
- Support and enhance native Android applications when required.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of proven experience in Flutter development.
- Strong foundation in programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Good knowledge of Dart and Flutter’s widget ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to write reusable and modular code.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile app deployment.
- Understanding of app store and Play Store submission processes.
- Exposure to Agile development methodology.
