Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 28 200 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Roles Responsibilities Lead and support the business unit s annual and long-term strategic planning processes including scenario planning Conduct industry research competitive benchmarking market sizing and trend analysis to support strategic decision making Lead and manage key transformation programs and growth initiatives across the organization including operating model changes AI strategy and M A evaluation when applicable Define and monitor key performance indicators KPIs along with follow-through on key decisions Perform portfolio analysis and provide key insights for optimization new launches using market leading frameworks Collaborate with leaders across functions Regional Sales heads Delivery Heads Portfolio owners Marketing Finance Executive office etc to gather and analyze data identify trends and deliver actionable insights Prepare high-impact presentations detailed reports and executive summaries for the Board CEO and leadership team Serve as a thought partner to the CEO Chief Strategy Transformation Officer on business-critical topics Provide support for special business transformation high-priority projects as needed Qualifications Educational qualification Preferred top-tier MBA or master s degree in business engineering or related fields from top-tier management institutes Bachelor s degree in engineering business administration Experience 8-12 years of experience in management consulting strategy consulting corporate strategy or transformation roles Mandatory requires Skills Exceptionally sharp problem-solving and analytical skills along with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling Proven track record working with Executive Management in a highly sensitive and collaborative environment to build strategic direction Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity Experience leading strategy workshops supporting business teams to develop strategic initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a team along with managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong preference for candidates with prior experience understanding of software services engineering services or technology domains who can derive actionable insights around the confluence of market trends competitive landscape and new age technologies Preferred Skills Additional Information Bosch Software and Digital Solutions SDS is a leading solution provider for technology led business transformation It is the systems integration arm of Bosch Global and is headquartered in Bangalore As we enter our next phase of strategic growth we are looking to strengthen our Corporate Strategy function with a high-impact individual The role will be based out of Bosch Koramangala office and report into the Chief Strategy and Transformation officer As the Corporate Strategy Lead you will be playing a central role in shaping and driving the company s most critical strategic initiatives This is a high-visibility high-responsibility position designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity has strong analytical horsepower and can operate across functions and leadership levels You will help define the roadmap for the company s transformation agenda lead critical analyses drive executive communications and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
