Job Title Sr. Manager/ AGM – PR & Corporate Communications Department PR & Corporate Communications Location Gurugram, Haryana Industry Real Estate Key Responsibilities - To manage all aspects of strategic external, internal, digital & executive communication for M3M Group on both internal & external platforms, across regions & in media. To manage a high-impact team, effective strategy and program planning are essential, including budgeting and measurement. - Crisis Management and Communication Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in converting potential crises into opportunities, using proactive communication to maintain and enhance brand reputation under pressure. A significant focus on managing social reputation through real-time engagement and crisis mitigation. - To manage stakeholder engagement and crisis communication, coordinate media strategy, and investor relations. - To manage stakeholders, branding, Public Relations, and events. Brand Building: to emphasize social PR techniques to enhance digital engagement and reputation. - Effectively manage and execute high-impact celebrity public relations initiatives, including media engagements, strategic communications, and brand collaborations. Successfully coordinate with top-tier celebrities, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, strengthen public perception, and drive measurable engagement outcomes. - Online Reputation Management: develop an approach to online reputation management by continuously monitoring social posts and crafting appropriate responses to shape public perception. Eligibility Criteria - Candidate must have relevant work experience in the Real Estate sector. - Minimum Experience required 7+ years in Public Relations and corporate communications. - You must be able to adapt to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and unforeseen challenges.
