Description
The Director of Program Management will be responsible for overseeing and driving workforce management initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple programs, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce management programs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives within specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate program updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the program management team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce management or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with workforce management software and analytics tools to optimize resource allocation and performance.
