Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquos degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or domain-specific area). Preferred - BE/B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science

Experience in Pharma/ Life Sciences/ Healthcare domain

-
Good SQL and Excel skills

-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, Dev OPs

Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Organizational Skills, Decision-Making, Mentorship

Machine Learning (Optional)

Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling

Strong SQL query-writing skills

Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills

Experience in data integration and data conversions

Experience with data visualization software (preferably Tableau)

Experience with Data Modeling tools (preferably Power Designer)
