Role Description This is a contract role for a Trainer, designed as a hybrid position based in Faridabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Trainer will deliver impactful training sessions, assess organizational training needs, and develop customized programs to address those needs. Responsibilities include designing training materials, facilitating workshops, monitoring the progress of learners, and providing actionable feedback to enhance employee development. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Training Delivery, Public Speaking, and conducting Workshops - Experience in Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Content Creation - Ability to evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback - Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills - Proficiency in Video-Based Training and the use of multimedia tools - Knowledge in Performance Coaching and Process Optimization is a strong advantage - Flexibility to work both on-site in Faridabad and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred
