Job Description Position Overview We're looking for a senior content professional who can think critically, write with clarity, and bring structure to complex ideas. This role requires someone strong at analysis, synthesis, and narrative-building someone who can independently convert scattered, raw inputs into clear, compelling content. We partner with global startups to build high-quality digital products spanning AI tools, automation workflows, and full-stack web and mobile applications. Alongside our engineering work, we lead select high-impact initiatives where technology, human stories, and social change come together. This role is dedicated to one such flagship initiative focused on youth, learning, and digital access. Key ResponsibilitiesNarrative & Content Development - Produce high-quality content such as briefs, strategic documents, concept notes, and analytical pieces. - Craft clear, logical narratives from ambiguous or unstructured inputs. - Ensure consistency, precision, and coherence across all written material. Critical Thinking & Analysis - Research themes, industries, or domains as needed. - Identify patterns, connect dots, and synthesize insights across sources. - Break down complex ideas into structured arguments or frameworks. Strategic Writing & Clarity Building - Use writing to refine and clarify thinking. - Transform fuzzy ideas into clear direction through structured drafts and logic flows. - Support leadership in articulating strategy and reasoning clearly. Independent, High-Ownership Execution - Lead content initiatives without detailed supervision. - Manage priorities and deadlines with maturity and judgment. - Maintain a high bar for accuracy, depth, and thoughtful articulation. Who You Are - A strong critical thinker who enjoys analyzing and structuring complex information. - An exceptional writer with mastery over clarity, tone, and narrative flow. - Someone who naturally synthesizes information and connects ideas across domains. - A self-driven professional who brings capabilities that raise the organizational bar. Required Skills & Experience - 48+ years in content strategy, research, consulting, communication, editorial, or similar roles. - Proven excellence in analytical writing and long-form content creation. - Strong research and synthesis skills. - Ability to work directly with leadership and handle high-stakes content independently. Preferred (Not Mandatory) - Experience in research-heavy or analysis-heavy environments. - Ability to create basic decks or structured visual narratives. - Adaptability to work across different domains.
