Job Description Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Ex/ TL/ AM- Supply & Operations Experience: 15 years Location: Gurugram Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Supply & Operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and performance excellence. - Maintain strong vendor relationships with timely and high-quality service delivery. - Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships. - Supervise reservations, bookings, and itinerary coordination with accuracy and operational efficiency. - Manage and maintain sales files, ensuring documentation, contracts, and records are consistently updated. - Ensure seamless daily operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support operational requirements and customer experience. - Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, vendor agreements, contracts, and sales documentation. - Identify, suggest, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - 05 years of experience in the travel industry with strong exposure to supply and operations. - Proven experience in vendor management, supplier negotiations, reservations, and sales file handling. - Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
