Job Summary As a Trading Services Analyst within Trading Services, you serve as a vital resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders., You act as the liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring seamless trade execution & Your responsibilities include investigating inquiries, monitoring trade flows, and maintaining a strong understanding of trading platforms. Job Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end trade flow support globally - Monitor ongoing support needs and address gaps - Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction - Ensure accurate and timely escalation of inquiries - Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office - Facilitate training for new application users - Collaborate to determine priorities and release schedules - Detail requirements for future enhancements and products - Investigate and resolve trade execution issues - Communicate solutions in person, by phone, and by email - Maintain fundamental understanding of trading platforms and systems Required qualifications, capabilities and skills - Demonstrate minimum 2 years of financial industry experience - Hold a Bachelor's degree - Apply in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies - Operate as a highly disciplined self-starter - Execute assignments independently and professionally - Exhibit attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Communicate effectively with all levels within the business Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills - Display excellent organizational and time management skills - Collaborate as a team player with strong work ethic - Adapt to flexible, dynamic environments - Think creatively and strategically to solve challenges - Facilitate training and onboarding for new users - Address complex queries with clarity and professionalism - Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
