Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, refining, and publishing engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram, ensuring high-quality output aligned with the brand and the founder's personal content style. Key Responsibilities: - Edit videos in a structured and consistent pipeline for YouTube (long-form) and Instagram (short-form/Reels). - Use custom-made templates to maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all videos. - Handle both video and audio editing, ensuring professional-grade sound quality and visual flow. - Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance storytelling. - Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, thumbnails, intros/outros, etc.). - Adapt to available editing tools no licensed software will be provided, so proficiency with multiple editing platforms is required. - Collaborate with the marketing team and content creators to ensure timely delivery of video content. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or sample work required). - Strong skills in Video & Audio Editing, Color Correction, and Motion Graphics. - Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar. - Ability to work efficiently with limited resources and adapt to available tools. - Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management.
