At Arabelle Solutions we re proud to design services and solutions that are generating power not just for today and tomorrow but for generations to come You ll work alongside passionate bright minds We offer a broad range of opportunities for those eager to build tomorrow s world We believe a supportive culture is key to reach common goals Diversity and an inclusive mindset makes us and our business stronger Perform the daily operations of Tacchi HTL machine on rotary parts in line with ISO 90001 ISO 19443 along with SQDC approach to achieve shift wise target as per Machining inputs standard work Contributes to team efforts in accomplishing the organizational goals Follow site EHS procedure and nuclear safety awareness along with daily points of work risk assessment at shift starting Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS quality Perform assign activities in line with work specific regulatory compliance and organizational EHS policy Competent for assessment of risks hazards associated with the task respective mitigation actions Undergo required EHS trainings to work safely perform tasks in safe manner Shall acquire the respective authorization training before performing an activity Ensure that all Contract workers are performing the assigned activity safely while working with you or nearby area Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines Environmental Impact aspect and risk related to activities of Machine shop assembly Understanding of nuclear safety culture and ITNS-I A Important To Nuclear Safety- Item Activity Review and understanding of machining documents like MOPs SOPs drawings KSL program files Tool sheets and FMEAs Follow TPM procedures likes AM checklist and involvement in PM activities Knowledge of rotary components bearing pads operating of CNC horizontal lathe Perform job set up offset Tool set up offset and precise quality measurements as per instructions requirements Perform turning milling machining-like bearing machining polishing radial groove spigot thrust face fork root straddle nuclear rotary parts machining retaining ring coupling face milling of Carden holes Monitoring of production adjusting feed parameter appropriate machine setting Knowledge of usage of measuring instruments error check its application Knowledge of cutting tools its application trouble shooting of machine and understanding of CNC program manual program Lean approach likes 5s TPM Kaizen etc and maintain safe clean workplace Teamwork and Coordination with fellow operator team cross functional team for uninterrupted Production Support other machine team assembly team Basic Qualifications requirements ITI- machinist Diploma in Mechanical engineering Min 5-year experience in Machining of rotary parts Turbine Generator Basic computer skills Desired Qualifications Demonstrated integrity accept and adhere to high ethical moral and personal values while working communications and actions when dealing with others Lean Mindset and understanding of lean tool 5S TPM Kaizen Effective shift change communications OTHSAL Technician band role Join us and work with global teams to support global customers At Arabelle Solutions we have team members of more than 49 nationalities spread across 16 countries At Arabelle Solutions we know diversity makes teams and business stronger
