Executive - UHT

Job Description UHT Operation & Monitoring - Operate and monitor UHT sterilizer and aseptic filling lines. - Ensure process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) are maintained as per product specifications. - Conduct pre-startup checks and ensure equipment readiness. Production Planning & Control - Execute daily production schedules as per the production plan. - Coordinate with the planning and warehouse teams for timely material availability (raw milk, sugar, additives, etc.). - Minimize process downtime and improve line efficiency. Quality Assurance & Documentation - Maintain process records, sterilization logs, and CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) records. - Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards. - Conduct product sampling and coordinate with the QA department for quality testing. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions. - Ensure timely calibration of instruments and process sensors. Hygiene & Safety Compliance - Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols within the UHT plant area. - Ensure cleaning and sanitization procedures are executed effectively. - Participate in safety drills and audits. Team Coordination & Reporting - Supervise UHT operators and helpers during production shifts. - Maintain daily production and performance reports. - Provide shift handover notes and highlight any operational concerns.
