Job Description Job Description Business Analyst Position: Business Analyst Experience: 48 Years Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai About The Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools, a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, and excellent stakeholder management abilities. This role involves requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation, and ensuring high-quality delivery through UAT and testing processes. Key Responsibilities - Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into functional specifications. - Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements. - Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel (Advanced), and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Develop data models and support analytics use cases with strong understanding of data modeling principles. - Apply AI/ML concepts and model evaluation basics to support data science teams. - Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support decision-making. - Conduct UAT, prepare test cases, and work with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. - Maintain clear and detailed documentation using Jira and Confluence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet business goals. - Support projects involving Azure AI, automation, and analytics solutions. Required Skills (Mandatory) - Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, aggregations). - Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts (star schema, ER diagrams, dimensional modeling). - Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and model evaluation metrics. - Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and reporting. - Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred). - Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation. - UAT, testing, and functional documentation expertise. - Basic understanding of Python for data manipulation. - Understanding of cloud-based solutions, especially Azure AI. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
