We're Hiring: GWCC QA Tester Offshore

- Experience: 7+ Years in IT (5+ in Guidewire Claims Center Testing)
- Location: Offshore
- Joiners: Immediate
- Budget: Competitive

Role Summary:

Perform end-to-end QA testing for Guidewire Claims Center (GWCC) implementations. Develop test plans, execute scenarios, validate data, coordinate with business and development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in Commercial Insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute test plans, strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
- Estimate work, plan resources, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Analyze, track, and retest QA/UAT/Production issues.
- Coordinate with BA, Dev, and Management teams for clarifications.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
- Use test management tools (JIRA, MTM, Rally) for tracking.

Technical Skills:

- Guidewire Claims Center Integration & Configuration Testing (must).
- At least 2 full GWCC implementation cycles in Commercial Insurance.
- SQL proficiency, data validation for migrations/conversions.
- SOAP UI, XML comprehension, mainframe/SAP integration testing.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

General Skills:

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in P&C Insurance (Commercial preferred).

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
