PDQ Engineer

Responsibilities

- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) drafting, with a solid understanding of drafting standards, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and convert them into accurate engineering drawings.
- Experience in cold storage design and product design, with relevant industry exposure preferred.
- Strong communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to interact effectively with U.S.-based customers.
- Experience in handling RFQs, quotations, costing, and estimations, along with a good understanding of the quote process and customer service for U.S. clients.
- Ability to handle basic to complex customer queries and identify appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering and sales teams (both U.S. and India) and internal stakeholders to meet project and business objectives.
- Self-motivated, independent problem solver with a flexible, team-oriented approach to support the design process.
- Willing to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines or manage workload fluctuations.
