Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Measure the potential of the assigned territory.
- List all FMCG outlets using TSI, PSRs, and DSMs for accurate coverage.
- Classify outlets based on predefined criteria.
- Create route maps for optimal market coverage and efficient operations.
- Manage both retail and wholesale channels effectively.
- Monitor and manage distributor performance regularly.
- Handle distributor claims promptly and accurately.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
- Shortlist and recommend new distributors for appointment.
- Report and resolve grievances and consumer complaints efficiently.
- Implement scheme settlements as per company policies.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at outlets.
- Monitor activities of distributor salesmen, SRs, and TSIs.
- Ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and infrastructure at distributor points.
- Open new outlets and monitor their performance.
- Plan and utilize BTL budgets for marketing activities.
- Report competitor activities and market intelligence.
